The seeding of teams is based on the final standings
at the end of the regular season!
At the conclusion of the three game series, the four (4) teams with the greatest number of points will advance to the semi-finals in either BB 13 or BB 14 (see the above chart). Ties will count as one point – there are no overtime games in the initial three games.
The rankings of ALL teams at the conclusion of the 3 game series will be determined by
(a) The greatest
number of points in the three game series - or if tied
(b) Who beat whom
(if head to head) – if still tied
(c) The goal
differential – that is goals for minus goals against – if still tied
the
(d) The team(s)
with the greatest number of goals - If still tied
(e) The fewest
number of penalties minutes in the three round robin games - if still tied –
(f) Coin toss
The
Annual Tournament begins Monday March 30th and concludes on Sunday April
5th.
